1. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to provide accurate product images, descriptions, prices, colours, sizes and material information on our website.

As our products are fashion and imitation jewellery, there may be slight variations in colour, finish, size or appearance due to lighting, photography, screen settings and manufacturing variations.

Product images are for representation purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

2. PRICING & ORDERS

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for checking the product, quantity, delivery address and contact details before confirming the order.

3. JEWELLERY NATURE, QUALITY & MAINTENANCE

Cute Picks RC offers affordable imitation and fashion jewellery designed for styling and personal use.

Products described as 316L Grade Stainless Steel or Anti-Tarnish are designed to provide better durability and resistance to tarnishing. However, this does not mean that the jewellery is completely tarnish-proof, colour-proof or permanently resistant to colour change.

The appearance and lifespan of each jewellery piece may vary from person to person depending on individual usage, body chemistry or skin reaction, sweat, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, water exposure, storage and maintenance.

With proper care and maintenance, the jewellery may retain its appearance for a longer period.

Gradual colour change, tarnishing or wear resulting from individual usage, body reaction, environmental exposure or improper care is considered normal wear and tear and is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

Cute Picks RC is not responsible for colour changes, tarnishing or damage caused by perfumes, cosmetics, water, moisture, chemicals, sweat, body heat, individual skin/body reactions, improper storage, improper handling or normal wear and tear.

4. NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our jewellery and fashion accessories.

Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that the correct product is packed and shipped.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear and continuous unedited unboxing video.

The video must start from opening the courier package and continue until the product is completely shown, without cuts, edits or pauses.

Complaints without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted or processed.

If the issue is verified and approved by Cute Picks RC, an appropriate resolution may be provided depending on the issue.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and an active contact number while placing an order.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information while placing an order and for following the recommended care and maintenance instructions for jewellery and fashion accessories.

Cute Picks RC will not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, improper usage, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear.

8. PAYMENT & COMMUNICATION

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Cute Picks RC may contact customers through WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram regarding order confirmation, delivery, tracking, customer support or other relevant order-related communication.

Cute Picks RC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, product information, pricing or policies at any time without prior notice.
