CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CUTE PICKS RC

At Cute Picks RC, we aim to keep our policies simple and transparent for our customers.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Please carefully check your products, quantity, delivery address and contact details before confirming your order.

2. NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our jewellery and fashion accessories.

Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that the correct product is packed and shipped.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by customer usage after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a valid, clear and continuous unedited unboxing video.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide a clear and continuous unedited unboxing video.

• The video must start from opening the courier package and continue until the product is completely shown.

• The video must not contain cuts, edits or pauses.

Complaints without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted or processed.

If the complaint is verified and approved by Cute Picks RC, an appropriate resolution may be provided depending on the issue.

5. JEWELLERY NATURE, CARE & DISCLAIMER

Our jewellery and fashion accessories are designed as affordable fashion accessories for styling and everyday or occasion-based use.

Products described as 316L Grade Stainless Steel or Anti-Tarnish are designed to provide better durability and resistance to tarnishing, but this does not mean that they are completely tarnish-proof, colour-proof or permanently resistant to colour change.

The longevity and appearance of the jewellery may vary from person to person depending on individual usage, body chemistry or skin reaction, sweat, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, water exposure, storage and maintenance.

With proper care and maintenance, the jewellery may retain its appearance for a longer period.

However, gradual colour change, tarnishing or wear resulting from individual usage, body reaction, environmental exposure or improper care is considered normal wear and is not treated as a product defect or a valid reason for return or refund.

Cute Picks RC is not responsible for colour changes, tarnishing or damage caused by perfumes, cosmetics, water, moisture, chemicals, sweat, body heat or individual skin/body reactions, improper storage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Our jewellery is intended to be an affordable and budget-friendly addition to your jewellery collection, allowing you to enjoy different styles and looks without a heavy investment. The lifespan of each piece may vary depending on individual usage and care.
